Shipping & Returns
Most in-stock items ship in 1 to 3 business days. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will be notified within 10 days of placing your order if additional delays are expected. Confirmation of your shipment will be sent via email. Items ordered together may not be shipped at the same time. Items that are temporarily out-of-stock will have longer shipping times.
Freight Shipping
Our furniture is shipped via freight carriers whenever possible in the lower 48 contiguous states for a flat rate of $399. Freight shipments are not available to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska or outside the United States.
Standard Shipping
Smaller items are shipped by via standard delivery methods such as UPS or FedEx. Expedited shipping is available for smaller, standard delivery items to most U.S. locations. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping, those options will be offered at checkout. Purchase of expedited shipping does not imply that your order will ship any sooner than is posted, it only guarantees the time in transit. Your order is important to us and we will make every effort to get it shipped as soon as possible.
Returns & Cancellations
For regular-priced items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only minus a 30% restocking fee.
Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 844.55.STORI. Returns received without pre-authorization may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Order cancellations are accepted with 24 hours of purchase without penalty. Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 50% .
All sales are final on discounted and sale items. No returns will be accepted.
